Following the release of five wolves into Colorado, an additional five were also released not long after. Recently, one out of the ten was photographed for the first time after the release. Todd Schmidt snapped the pictures. Schmidt is always looking for wildlife to photograph, and this was the perfect opportunity. Although, Schmidt claimed he doesn't support the reintroduction and worries for the rancher's livestock and pets. No depredations have been reported yet. Schmidt is aware of the consequences of killing or harming a wolf, and doesn't plan to do anything of the sort.
